What will you do?
As a receptionist, you play an important role in our clients’ experience. You are often the first point of contact someone has with Mildred Clinics. With your friendly and professional demeanor, you ensure that clients receive excellent service. In addition:
- Do you handle the scheduling of appointments for the various consultation hours, provide clients with clear information, and assist them with their questions?
- Welcome your clients and any accompanying persons in a hospitable and respectful manner
- Are you responsible for the administrative processing of client files?
- Perform various secretarial and administrative support tasks for the director and other colleagues
What do we ask of you?
- You have completed a Level 4 receptionist training program
- You feel connected to our clients and are committed to the mission of Mildred Clinics
- You have a flexible, independent attitude
- You work with care, integrity, and good social skills
- You are available to work on varying days
- You have strong communication skills in Dutch, English, and German; speaking another language is a plus
- You have strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and are proficient in working with an electronic client file

- A 12-month contract, with the possibility of a permanent position, for 16 hours.
